GETTING CREATIVE
Drawing on our extensive experience with Tasmanian construction projects, Falcon will work with you to develop a concept to fulfil the requirements outlined in the discovery stage of your journey. The completed concepts will be provided in the form of detailed architectural drawings, dimensioned plans and 3D images, along with a detailed estimate of your investment.

A JOB WELL PLANNED...
Falcon works alongside with Tasmania's finest building designers and consultants to complete the planning and documentation, and statutory approvals of your project. This includes the completion of site reports, engineering design (includes civil, mechanical and hydraulic designs if required), building surveying, building & plumbing permits and finishes and fixtures specification. Once the documentation is complete, Falcon will finalise a fixed price breakdown of your investment and prepare a contract for signing.

Falcons project management team will oversee the completion of your project, ensuring a high quality finish, delivered on time and on budget. Weekly project reports will keep you informed from commencement right through to handover.
