Project Overview

Midland Tractors has been a trusted name in agricultural machinery sales and service across Tasmania for decades, providing essential equipment and support to farmers, contractors and rural businesses. Their new Stanley location expands their footprint into the Circular Head region, offering a dedicated showroom, service hub, and parts supply hub.

Falcon Building Group was engaged to take Bison’s newly constructed facility into a fully operational commercial space. Drawing on our expertise in commercial fit outs and complex service installations, we delivered a space that is both functional for staff and welcoming for customers, from polished concrete showroom floors to fully equipped offices, lunchroom and amenities.

Timelines & Expectations

Following completion of the base structure and window installation by Bison Constructions, Falcon Building Group commenced the full internal fit out. Close coordination with Bison throughout the process ensured the plumbing, septic and internal works were seamlessly integrated with the overall build.

This project was delivered within the agreed timeframe, allowing Midland Tractors to move in, set up their displays and open the new Stanley branch to customers without delay.

The project brief was for an interior that needed to be clean, hardwearing and low maintenance, while the exterior had to comply with local design controls and look nothing like your standard Laundromat but instead had that ‘Wow’ factor that would draw people in.

We had to ensure all services – electrical, plumbing, drainage and ventilation, were installed with precision to suit the equipment layout and meet commercial operational standards.

Our project team worked closely with suppliers and subcontractors to keep everything on track and delivered a functional space that does exactly what it’s meant to do and most of all met all client expectations and budget restraints.”
