Cellarbrations

Project Overview

Falcon Building Group was engaged by Cellarbrations to deliver the defit and refit of the Cellarbrations Meadow Mews tenancy, transforming the existing retail space into a refreshed, functional environment aligned with Cellarbrations’ brand and operational requirements.

Timelines & Expectations

The project was delivered within a tight programme and coordinated around the constraints of a live shopping centre environment. Clear expectations, early engagement, and disciplined sequencing were critical to maintaining momentum and achieving a smooth handover.

Scope of Work

Works included a full internal defit of the existing tenancy, followed by a comprehensive retail refit. This incorporated new internal layouts, upgraded finishes, services coordination, and all final fit out elements required for store operation and customer experience.

Challenges & Key Outcomes

Operating within an active retail precinct required careful planning to minimise disruption to surrounding tenancies and centre operations. Strong coordination between Cellarbrations, and key trades ensured the project was delivered efficiently, achieving a high quality outcome within the agreed timeframe.

Project Impact

The completed tenancy delivers a clean, modern and welcoming retail environment that enhances customer experience while supporting efficient day to day operations. The project highlights Falcon Building Group’s capability in retail tenancy upgrades and our ability to work collaboratively with property managers to deliver successful outcomes in live environments.

Legana Laundromat

Project Overview

Falcon Building Group were engaged to deliver a new commercial laundromat facility in Legana – a sleek, purpose built space designed for high performance, durability, and convenience. The building combines a modern exterior aesthetic with a bright, open-plan interior, meeting the client’s vision for a low maintenance, self-service business in a growing commercial precinct.

Timelines & Expectations

From project planning to handover, Falcon managed the full construction delivery in line with the client’s business timeline. The works were completed efficiently, allowing for a seamless launch of the new facility with all systems operational and ready for public use.

Scope of Work

The client required a fully self service laundromat designed with both functionality and efficiency in mind. The brief called for a clean, durable, and user friendly environment supported by high quality materials and equipment.

The scope of works included:

  • New commercial building design and construction
  • Installation of laundry equipment and essential services
  • Durable internal fit out suited to high volume public use
  • External finishes aligned with local precinct design guidelines
  • Accessibility compliance and ample customer parking
  • Striking facade with black cladding and timber feature paneling
  • Light filled interior with tiled floors and stainless steel work surfaces
  • Secure self service access system

Challenges & Key Outcomes

With multiple trades and services needing to align precisely for equipment functionality, the coordination of plumbing, electrical, ventilation, and structural works was critical. Falcon Building Group’s proactive project management ensured smooth integration and compliance with manufacturers requirements. The final outcome is a crisp, reliable facility that meets both customer expectation and commercial durability standards.

Project Involvement

Reflecting on the project, the Construction Manager stated,

“A successful building project hinges on thorough planning, effective communication, and detailed execution. This project was a compact but highly specified build which required all the above.

The project brief was for an interior that needed to be clean, hardwearing and low maintenance, while the exterior had to comply with local design controls and look nothing like your standard Laundromat but instead had that ‘Wow’ factor that would draw people in.

We had to ensure all services – electrical, plumbing, drainage and ventilation, were installed with precision to suit the equipment layout and meet commercial operational standards.

Our project team worked closely with suppliers and subcontractors to keep everything on track and delivered a functional space that does exactly what it’s meant to do and most of all met all client expectations and budget restraints.”

A Clean, Efficient, and Easy to Maintain Space

The Legana Laundromate delivers exactly what it was designed for – a clean, efficient, and easy to maintain space that runs smoothly with minimal staff involvement. Built to support high daily foot traffic the fit out is durable and user friendly. For the owner, it’s a low touch business model backed by quality construction. For the community, it’s a modern, reliable facility that adds real convenience to the area.
