Falcon Building Group delivered a tailored commercial office fit out for Inerva Software, an aged care management software provider based in Launceston. This project transformed a standard commercial tenancy into a high functioning, tech enabled workspace designed to support Inerva’s growing team and digital operations.

The fit out was completed with a focus on simplicity, acoustic comfort and long term usability, creating a space that balances quiet productivity with flexibility for team collaboration.

• Acoustic treatments and zoned workspaces to improve focus and reduce echo
• Feature timber screening to subtly define zones without closing off light or flow
• Power and data installations to accommodate high-performance workstations
• Integrated joinery, including a low-profile bench seat under windows
• Soft neutral finishes, new paintwork and commercial-grade carpet tile installation
• Branded wall signage and ambient lighting layout
