Falcon Building Group were engaged by one of our repeat clients NRMA, to deliver a modern refurbishment at the Derwent Bridge Hotel, located in Tasmania’s Central Highland’s. The project focused on upgrading the kitchen and dining facilities to create a high-performance, commercial-grade space, while preserving the building’s unique, old-world charm. Working closely with the client and project engineers, Falcon ensured the updated areas complemented the character and history of the popular venue.

SCOPE OF WORKS

The project brief focused on delivering a high-performance commercial kitchen and enhanced dining area, while retaining the building’s original aesthetic. The scope of works included:
