Works continue to progress well on the Latrobe Childcare Centre at 88 Cotton Street, being delivered for Lady Gowrie Tasmania, with the project now entering an important structural phase.

Current work on site

The team is currently focused on preparing the main building slab, ensuring everything is in place for a smooth and efficient concrete pour scheduled this Friday. This stage is critical in setting the foundations for the building and maintaining momentum across the programme.

What’s coming up next?

Following the slab pour, the project will move quickly into the next phase, with prefabricated wall frames scheduled for delivery on Monday 9 February. Early coordination and off site fabrication will allow for efficient installation once the slab has cured, helping keep the build on track!

Overall, the project is tracking well as it moves toward the next major construction milestone, with strong progress continuing on site as construction advances into the next phase.
