“A major achievement in 2025 was moving into our new office early in the year. The fresh fit-out and improved layout has really lifted team culture and morale. It’s been a great step forward for our team. A standout moment for me this year was the Sorell Childcare Centre project. It was a substantial build with a tight six-month deadline, but the team pulled it together brilliantly. We delivered it on time, on budget, and to a high standard and handing it over to a very happy client was a good feeling. I’m incredibly proud of the hard work everyone in our team has put in throughout 2025; it’s been a huge collective effort that not only wrapped up key projects but also set us up with a solid pipeline running into 2026.”
