In essence, the Falcon Four comprises four stages: Research, Strategy, Delivery, and Aftercare. Throughout each of these stages, we collaborate closely with the client. Let’s delve into these stages.

1. Research 

During the research phase, Falcon takes the time to truly understand your needs, budget, concerns, and dreams. We also chat about your personal priorities, from sustainable design and operating costs to future needs and outdoor areas. As our valued client, here’s what you’ll be doing during the research phase:

• Attending a discovery meeting
• Providing any project plans and documentation already available
• Reviewing and confirming concept plans/specifications
•  Attending a proposal presentation
•  Reviewing the proposal and sharing your feedback
•  Reviewing the proposed contract if Falcon is providing it
•  Sharing the contract and purchase order with Falcon for review if you are providing them
•  Providing approval to proceed with detailed design and documentation
•  Making payments for documentation and development approval
•  Providing site access as required for site reports
•  Reviewing and approving design drawings and reports
•  Reviewing the planning permit

2. Strategy 

During the strategy stage, Falcon engages early with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to provide the best possible solution. Our flexible approach allows us to develop tailor-made solutions for every project. We are realistic about timelines and discuss the many factors to consider when planning your build. Here is what the client will be doing during the strategy phase:

•  Reviewing, signing, and returning the contract provided by Falcon, if applicable
•  Passing the contract and purchase order to Falcon for execution, if you are providing these documents
•  Making the payment of the deposit
•  Confirming detailed selections as required (colors, finishes, and fixtures)
•  Approving finalized finishes and fixtures schedules
•  Participating in an introduction meeting with the construction manager

3. Delivery 

During the delivery stage, the Falcon team works hard and is dedicated to craftsmanship, transparency, and efficiency to build on time and under budget, as the client’s peace of mind is Falcon’s priority. We communicate with the client every step of the way, sending them detailed weekly updates and discussing challenges and opportunities along the way. Client responsibilities during the delivery phase include:

• Provide site access
• Attend site meetings as required
• Payment of progress claims
• Review and respond to any variations or RFI notices if applicable
• Payment of the final progress claim
• Attend the handover meeting

4. Aftercare

In our Falcon Four process, the Aftercare stage stands as a testament to our dedication to excellence. We believe in building lasting partnerships, and our commitment to ensuring your satisfaction extends even beyond project completion. Your involvement during the aftercare phase includes:

• Attending a 3-month follow-up meeting
• Discussing your plans for the next project
