Project Overview

Falcon Building Group was engaged by Cellarbrations to deliver the defit and refit of the Cellarbrations Meadow Mews tenancy, transforming the existing retail space into a refreshed, functional environment aligned with Cellarbrations’ brand and operational requirements.

The project was delivered within a tight programme and coordinated around the constraints of a live shopping centre environment. Clear expectations, early engagement, and disciplined sequencing were critical to maintaining momentum and achieving a smooth handover.

Scope of Work

Works included a full internal defit of the existing tenancy, followed by a comprehensive retail refit. This incorporated new internal layouts, upgraded finishes, services coordination, and all final fit out elements required for store operation and customer experience.

Operating within an active retail precinct required careful planning to minimise disruption to surrounding tenancies and centre operations. Strong coordination between Cellarbrations, and key trades ensured the project was delivered efficiently, achieving a high quality outcome within the agreed timeframe.
