Elders is a leading national agribusiness, delivering rural products, agronomy, livestock insurance and financial services to farming communications across Australia.

Their new Deloraine facility was designed to enhance operations and customer service in Tasmania’s Northern Midlands, combining a modular showroom, administration areas and a large warehouse for product storage and distribution.

Falcon Building Group were engaged to complete the full internal fit out, transforming Bison’s newly built structure into a fully operational retail and administration hub. Our work delivered a professional, customer ready space that reflects Elders’ brand while meeting the high demands of a busy agribusiness.

Timelines & Expectations

Following completion of the base structure by Bison Constructions, Falcon Building Group commenced the fit out works. The program was carefully scheduled to ensure integration of all services and finishes while maintaining momentum across multiple areas of the building. The project was delivered on time, allowing Elders to transition into the new facility smoothly and begin servicing customers without interruption.

Scope Of Work

Falcon Building Groups’ work included:

• Fit out of the main showroom with custom joinery, retail display systems and flooring
• Creation of administration offices and meeting spaces with full service connections
• Installation of internal partitions, glazing and doors
• Electrical, lighting and data fit out to support both customer facing and operational areas
• Amenities and staff facilities fit out, including fixtures, finishes and compliance works
• Coordination of warehouse service points and integration with the retail and office spaces

Challenges & Key Outcomes

Working within an operational timeline driven by Elders’ service commitments to their clients, the fit out needed to be completed quickly without compromising quality. By managing trades efficiently and maintaining clear communication with Elders and Bison, Falcon Building Group was able to deliver a well finished, functional space ready for immediate use. The new showroom and office areas provide a welcoming environment for customers and a practical, efficient workspace for staff.
