Falcon Building Group were commissioned to construct The Pavilion, a luxury accommodation and lifestyle structure situated on a private five acre property at Spring Beach. The project features a contemporary standalone building adjacent to a full size tennis court, offering high-end comfort, functionality, and visual appeal in a picturesque coastal setting.

Timelines & Expectations

Given the bespoke nature of the project and remote location, Falcon Building Group planned a structured build sequence. Early coordination ensured materials and trades arrived on time. Key milestones, from the foundation through to final cladding and internal finishes, were met within the scheduled timeframe, without compromising quality.

Scope of Work

The client wanted a compact, sustainable, boutique style space designed for short stay use – complete with a lounge area and deck overlooking the tennis court. Falcon Building Group worked to integrate both passive solar design and high end finishes while maintaining simplicity in structure.

The scope included:

• Site works and foundation on sloped terrain
• Timber framed construction with double glazed windows
• Concrete slab floor designed to trap solar heat
• Interior fit out including Paul Agnew wood burning heater, bathroom, kitchenette and lounge
• External deck, privacy landscaping and connections to amenities

Challenges & Key Outcomes

Constructing a refined and compact retreat in a semi rural location required thoughtful staging. Falcon Building Group coordinated logistics for deliveries and trades while maintaining clean, precise site conditions.
