Introducing Falcon Hotel Interiors
We are excited to introduce Falcon Hotel Interiors; a dedicated extension of Falcon Building Group created specifically for Tasmania’s hotel and accommodation industry.
Hospitality has become an important part of what we do at Falcon. Through working with hotels and accommodation providers across the state, we have developed a strong understanding of what goes into delivering these projects and the importance of getting the process right from the beginning. Falcon Hotel Interiors brings that experience into one dedicated offering.
More than the build
There are a lot of moving parts behind a hotel refurbishment.
For an operator, it’s not only about the finished rooms or spaces. There are budgets and timeframes to consider, design decisions to make, procurement to manage and, in many cases, an operating hotel to work around.
Having the right team involved early can make that process much simpler.
Falcon Hotel Interiors gives owners and operators one team to work with throughout the project, bringing together the planning, design and construction sides of a refurbishment.
It means we can look at the project as a whole including what the operator wants to achieve, what is practical to build, how it can be delivered and how we can get there efficiently.
Designed around hotels
No two hotel projects are quite the same.
It could be a staged room refurbishment, an upgrade to bathrooms or suites, a new restaurant or common area, or a broader transformation across the property.
Whatever the scope, the way the project is planned needs to suit the hotel.
We understand that closing an entire property isn’t always an option. Works may need to happen progressively, around occupancy or within particular windows to keep disruption to a minimum.
That flexibility has always been an important part of how Falcon works, and it’s something we are bringing directly into Falcon Hotel Interiors.

While the focus is more specialised, Falcon Hotel Interiors remains part of Falcon Building Group.
Falcon Building Group will continue delivering commercial construction projects across Tasmania, across the range of sectors we work in today. Falcon Hotel Interiors simply gives our hotel and accommodation clients a dedicated offering, backed by the same Falcon team, experience and approach.
