Some of our favorite features of the project include:

·       The architectural façade that creates some striking geometric street appeal, through clever use of aluminum timber grain cladding and large shopfront glazing

·       The hard wearing, maintenance free epoxy flake flooring, a perfect solution for the robust requirements of a community space like this

·       The intricate coordination of the electricity, water, sewer, data, gas, and exhaust systems to service the cutting-edge automated laundry appliances

The tight site access and operational tenancies on the same site provided some unique challenges for managing the project, however, Falcons project management team ensured minimal disruption to the ongoing operations around the site and coordinated withal stakeholders to achieve a successful outcome.
